Z7a locking plate is a kind of friction keyless connection device between shaft and sleeve. This device can apply clamping force to the sleeve from the outside, and form a mechanical compression fit between the shaft and sleeve. The locking plate itself does not transfer any torque or axial load. The locking plate is fixed to the proper position of the shaft sleeve (hub), the screw is tightened according to the given tightening torque, and the cone-shaped inner rings on both sides exert radial force on the shaft sleeve. This kind of forced friction connection can safely transfer large torque and axial load. After the locking plate is matched and clamped, the pressure of each matching surface is very high, which can achieve complete sealing and avoid the corrosion of the matching surface. When the locking plate is disassembled, the screw is loosened, the mating surface is automatically relaxed, and the shaft, the shaft sleeve and the inner ring of the locking plate automatically return to the original size and the original clearance. It's just as easy to remove and install.
